I appreciated the Uber lift home in the morning. I did need to wait for the car to show up, which is normal. The service was fine and there were no problems. The service coordinator said that the car would be ready in the afternoon and it was. I did have a long wait, however, for the car to be driven to the pick up spot once I reported to the service consultant that I was picking up the car. I wish that the service consultant had prepared me for the wait. Otherwise everything was normal and as expected.

My car still makes a noise and has for over one year, even after service. May be a manufacturer defect. Really like my car except for this issue. Also no loaner cars ever when I do a service
