    Everything went smoothly with the one exception being that the dealer did not have the spare parts needed to complete one of the required recall services. They said that was an issue with VW. We had not been told in advance that this was an issue.

    Everyone throughout the process was not necessarily pushing for the sale, but respectful of my time and questions, and allowed me to be in charge of my decision making process, rather than taking that over - which all too easily happens with other car dealers
