We've been servicing our car here since purchasing our Tiguan from Volkswagen of Oakland. The staff at VW of SF is very friendly, upfront about costs to vehicle, while also keep you informed with videos which ensure me that they are targeting the problem. The service is great, and the Uber stipends are always a bonus when having to return home without a vehicle.

You operate a first rate operation with your employees very friendly, courteous, professional. You facility is ultra clean and orderly. The only minor criticism is that I was a waiting customer and was told it would likely take 3 hours to complete my normal annual maintenance check-up. I felt that maybe a priority could be given to those who do wait so as to reduce the time they have to spend in your facility. In addition, when I was informed that my car was ready and that someone would be bringing my car up front for me to retrieve it too over 20 minutes. I had to basically go back into the waiting room to wait for my car. Your facility is not that big that it takes 20 minutes to deliver my car.

I would have appreciated more frequent updates from Craig on the status of the repairs to my car. I had to reach out to him about when it would be ready for pickup. If I had been aware of the timeline I could have better scheduled my appointments around it. Ultimately the car was ready in the afternoon and I was able to make it ontime to my appointment, but had the change my morning plans to wait for the car to be ready.
