The service department did a very good job honoring my 15% discount coupon, Frank my advisor took care of my 60k checkup unfortunately my situation wasn’t totally covered under my warranty. My previous services was done by Marin VW which included a car wash and a free Uber ride, unfortunately SF does not provide this but also gave a $10 credit each direction for transportation back home.
