This has been an excellent experience at the San Francisco VW Dealership. We purchased a lease on the ID4 Pro Electric SUV and love all the high tech details. My daughter will be driving it daily to teach first graders in San Francisco. The sales team with Artem as our salesmen was also perfect this gentleman went the extra mile to pick up our car in the color my daughter wanted and he had it detailed and fully charged. Justin the Sales Manager took his time and found the right vehicle for us so we picked it up and did all the paperwork the next day. The finance manager also involved as well as other team staff who always greeted me my wife and daughter during the purchase process. They all deserve a congratulations as my dad had a yellow with the black top VW convertible as did I and my oldest daughter had a cream VW convertible. So we had to keep the tradition going. Also both staff called and texted to see if we needed any other help so great follow up Skip Pas VW Happy Client now since 1974 and now my daughters in 2012 and now 2025

It was just ok. I had to come back because the alignment machine was broken. I was given Uber credit but it did not come close to covering the cost of having to go back again. No one seemed to really care there, so besides my next paid for service, I see no reason to come back.
