Got there early for my appt, Craig took my car in right away and set the expectation right up front of what I will be looking at in terms of timeline. I came in looking to purchase a 2024 tiguan and trade in my 2018 Tiguan! I've been an avid VW owner previously with a VW golf, VW Jetta, 2018 Tiguan and decided to the beautiful 2024 RLine Tiguan! Azaria greeted me as soon as I walked in and was extremely invested in understanding what I was looking for, my price point, my situation and what he could do to make all of that work. Not only were him and Simon extremely flexible and personable but they truly laid out all of my options in terms of financing, leasing, and how it all worked. A huge shoutout to Azaria for really seeming to care mostly about making sure I made the right decision not a careless one. I could go on and on and bout the team at royal motor sports but to keep it short I couldnt have asked for a better experience! Traded in my old Tiguan and left with a brand new one and couldnt be happier! Thanks so much again royal motor sales team and especially Azari!
