My front ACC has an error. Brought it to your place, I was charged $291 for diagnosing the problem. That is crazy. I bought the car for Royal auto, got ALL the maintenance package good till 80,000 miles. But to courtesy of diagnostics? Just shows your company is all about the bottom line (which I understand) so why bother asking for your customer experience if you don’t/can’t even provide one.
