Everything was great. Would have been nice ot get an ETA for when the car would be ready when the problem was diagnosed. Also, a bit annoying to have to find my ATM card and move money to avoid the 3% fee. Would have been nice to know about that at the outset.

The whole team was friendly and easy to work with; it felt like a no-pressure sale, while everyone was still responsive and attentive: Sasha, the salesman, connected with my son and let him take a long test drive. Justin, the sales manager, worked out a deal with me that I felt was more than fair; Mohamed the finance guy presented great options, while not being pushy in any way. An A+ team.
