The overall customer service we experienced in this process was incredibly disappointing. We made it clear from the start we wanted to buy the ID4. We were often left waiting with no explanation about what was happening or next steps. When we received the contract the terms were not what were agreed. We were never communicated the time frame on offers so twice the offer expired because we’d not been told how long it was valid for. When we finally agreed on the terms and price it took 2 days to get a contract.

I believe they are trustworthy and truly trying to get their customers the best deal possible. Staff was extremely helpful and available, buying process was quite easy. Rating fell short of a 5 because there were some gaps in communication around inventory availability as well as whether or not certain discounts applied. It would've been nice to have more transparency on inventory earlier in the process.
